A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken. – Ecc. 4:12 (NLT)
Jesus fills in the gaps and helps us do family.

Community, villages, towns and cities would fail were it not for the basic unit of family.
Are all families perfect and intact?
No.

Can God still work?
Yes.
He fills in the holes with Christ’s love and good deeds.

God promises comfort, company and wisdom from the least to the largest of humanity.
Family continues to prove its worth over and over again.
Faith is the key.
It requires one to put the seen aside, look at the unseen by faith so that the seen may be built with the integrity that Designer God intended from the beginning of time.
Here’s what I believe today.

The church is modeled after family.
Isn’t it wonderful that God imbeds himself as parent, comforter, teacher, friend, savior, guide, creator and so much more into each Christ-follower?
In God’s economy, leaders are equipped through the Holy Scriptures and loving training to stoke the fires of Holy Spirit flame in each member of the local body.
Ministers can run their race unhindered.
Members can move about freely, lovingly and confidently.

“Unhindered” is the objective so that God’s work might shine more brightly upon the family of man, that more men might choose to spend eternity with God.
Jesus, others and you equals JOY! Imagine the influence we have in our local villages when we work in unity together, first in family always!
For two whole years Paul stayed there in his own rented house and welcomed all who came to see him. He proclaimed the kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ—with all boldness and without hindrance! -Acts 28:30-31
I can imagine Christ working through Paul’s hospitality, welcoming individuals and families helping create the family of God right there in his own “village”.
Amazing!
