Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love -1 John 4:8/NIV
Social media is a fascinating tool. But it can be an odd way to communicate and try to understand each other. I keep it at a safe distance to remain centered.
One of the strange behaviors I saw online was the tendency for some to diagnose those who needed others to draw close to them.
The bottom line is these perceptions are misunderstandings that are easily covered by God’s great Love.
Diagnosing others distances us from them. Drawing close to the hurting by offering prayers and a hand is Christ in social media.
When it comes to social media and connecting with others, one size does not fit all. Each person has to find what works best for them to connect and make friends.
The point is to connect. To have purpose. To make a difference in the lives of those who resonate with us.
Only Christ and a trained professional are equipped to diagnose those in distress. The rest of us can offer a hand or prayer, and I speak first to myself.

God is about the business of unifying us in real Love and I believe He is cheering us on. I believe He desires there to be civil discourse and respectful disagreement because He created us based on the unity of the Godhead; the Three who love each other eternally, deeply and whose Light resides in each human when we attune ourselves to the Light of the Creator.
Amazing!
